I just reviewed two two posts posts in the Low Quality Posts queue. These posts didn't fit the rules so I choosed "Recommend Deletion".

But now I was wondering whether I made the right choice. So, when do we actually have to choose "Recommend Deletion"?

When to choose "Recommend Deletion" in the Low Quality Posts queue?
