You talk about representing "a" number, but also about "support[ing] decimals" and "support[ing] negative numbers". What exactly do you want? A function which maps numbers to code? But if so, the "Post format" makes no sense. 2. What is the code which has a 20kB limitation? Total for all the numbers listed in the "Post format"? Each individual number listed in the "Post format"? Something else? 3. Are the 8 distinct characters per number or for all numbers? | |
