The help center lists information about:
- the scope of the site; what is and isn't ok to post to the site
- the mechanics of the site; how systems such as voting, bounties, and more work
- badges and privileges, along with how to earn them and what they mean
Questions specifically about information in and aspects of the help center should be tagged with this tag. Note that questions about badges should only be tagged with this if it is about the badge list in the help center, not about general badges. The same applies to privileges
