Questions with this tag typically discuss the actions of the elected moderators, the powers available to them and changes in the moderator team (e.g. moderator elections)
This is often used in relation to the moderation tag. However, that tag should be used to address questions on site moderation, which can be and is done by regular users as well (for example, editing, closing, deleting etc.). Consider whether your question is about the actions of the site moderators, or about a moderation action taken by site user. These tags may overlap, and are not mutually exclusive.
